Status (below Gender)
It is based off of how hungry the dragon is. The range goes from (best to worst + days without food) Happy and content -> A bit hungry (2-3) -> Hungry (4-5) -> Very Hungry (6-7) -> Starving (8+). Feeding a dragon with a non-max status message will immediately bump it back to 'Happy and content'.

Status Messages
Growth - Other's Visits - Your Visits - Food

Three status messages (other's visits, your visits, food) will always be present. Another, indicating growth, will only appear as applicable, of course. Note that some messages may occur between levels, not exactly at the level up. There are some missing messages, as I haven't seen/read about all of them; the top one should be the best possible message, though. Listed in order of appearance... (Typos are duplicates of the ones found in-game.)

Growth (temporary, seems to be 3-4 levels before stage change)
Level 1: Care for your (dragon species) egg and it is going to hatch soon.

@ Level 2-4: Your (dragon species) egg is starting to move a bit. It is going to hatch very soon.

@ Level 10-12: He/She is developing. He/She is going to be a child soon.

@ Level 13: Congratulations! She is a child now!

@ Level 22-24: He/She is developing. He/She is going to be a teenager soon.

@ Level 25: Congratulations! He/She is a teenager now!

@ Level 37: He/She is developing. He/She is going to be an adult soon.

@ Level 40: Congratulations! He/She is an adult now!

@ Level 67: He/She is developing. He/She is going to be an ancient soon.

@ Level 70: He/She is an ancient now.

Other's Visits
Level 0-4: Your Dragon Egg is very popular and happy about all the people who visit it.

OR Your Dragon Egg is happy about the all people who visit it. The more visits it gets the faster it will grow.

OR Your Dragon Egg would like other people to visit it. So it can have more friends.

Level 5 and on: (name) is very popular and happy about all the people who visit him/her.

OR (name) is popular and happy about all the people who visit him/her.

OR (name) is happy about the all people who visit him/her. The more visits he/she gets the faster he/she will grow.

OR (name) is happy about the visits every now and then, but he/she would grow faster if more people visit him/her.

OR (name) would like other people to visit him/her. So he/she can have more friends.

OR (name) seems to be lonely, not many people except you visit him/her. (shows up even if you haven't)

Your Visits
Level 0 to 2: You have just adopted this egg, be carefull with it!

@ Level 3-4: It thinks that you visit it often and trusts you. Your Dragon Egg feels secure when you're here.

OR Your Dragon Egg wishes that you visit it more often.

@ Level 5: Congratulations! Your (dragon species) has just hatched. You have a new hatchling!

@ Level 6 and on: (name) thinks that you visit her often and trusts you. (name) feels secure when you're here.

OR He/She knows that you care for her often and trusts you. But (name) feels sometimes a bit lonely when you're not here for more then (unknown to 8 days) days.

OR He/She felt lonely while you were away for (9 or more days). (name)wishes that you visit him more often. He didn't grow that much since your last visit.

Food
Level 0-4: You can't feed dragon eggs of course, but once it has hatched you will need to feed your dragon through the dragon caring page. A full dragon is a happy dragon, and happy dragons produce more resources.

Old version: You can't feed dragon eggs of course, but once it has hatched you have to give food regularly at the dragon caring page to keep your dragon happy and producing resources.

@ Level 5 and on: He/She has enough food and doesn't need to be fed.

OR He/She ran out of food yesterday and is not producing 100% resources anymore. But he/she is still not hungry.

OR He/She ran out of food two days ago and is not producing 100% resources anymore. But he/she is still not hungry.

He/She ran out of food three days ago. You should feed him/her, because he/she is getting a bit hungry.

He/She ran out of food four days ago and is only producing 50% resources. You should feed him/her. Feed he/she when you get the chance

He/She ran out of food five days ago. You should feed him/her, because he is not that happy anymore.

He/She ran out of food six days ago and is only producing 25% resources. You really should feed him/her, because he/she is very hungry.

He/She ran out of food seven days ago and seems to be unhappy. He/She is very hungry now and can't give much resources anymore. You must feed him/her now!

He/She ran out of food 8 (or any other additional days) days ago and is very hungry now. He/She is unhappy and can't give any resources anymore. You must feed him/her now!
