Checklist?

I was wondering, what does the 'Checklist *star*' below some people's avatars means, for instance in Xclipse's DA page. I believe that it has something to do with ranking, but I was never completely sure.

...Not sure what your talking about, but it's probably got something to do with ranking. :p

Okey here;
Go to your DA Page: Inventory >> Item Checklist: There you can see all the items and stuff you ever had, when you get all of them, you get the achievement
